SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS AND ARTICLES
- Login at the platform use your account.
- Submit your abstract (200 words maximum), followed by 4 to 5 keywords in English via the system of ''Submission’’.
- Choose the topic of your contribution among the 3 proposed topics.
- Choose to present your communication in oral or poster form.
- Submissions will then be subject to an anonymous review process. In case of definitive acceptance, after any necessary modifications, the authors will be invited to submit the extended version of 4 pages, in English, respecting the downloadable template here: ‘’Word Template’’.
- Some selected excellent papers will be invited to submit full version paper to be considered for publication in an indexed journal (Category B DGRSDT).
POSTERS FORMAT
- The posters are to be printed by the communicators, and to be displayed as soon as the symposium opens.
- The location for hanging will be indicated at the reception.
ORAL PRESENTATION
Total duration of the presentation: 10 minutes: including 5 minutes reserved for questions.
